You can also measure your ring size at home. Here are a few simple methods to help you do so:

Measure Your Finger

Use a flexible measuring tape or a length of string.
Wrap it around the finger you plan to wear your ring on. If you’re creating a ring stack, consider exactly where on your finger the ring will sit.
If using string, mark the point where the ends meet. Lay the string flat and measure the marked length in millimeters.
Compare your measurement to the size chart to determine your ring size.
If you fall between sizes, choose the larger size for the most comfortable fit.

Measure an Existing Ring

Select a ring that already fits the intended finger comfortably.
Measure the interior diameter of the ring across its widest point in millimeters.
The ring’s diameter in millimeters corresponds to its size. For example, if the ring’s inner diameter is 16 mm, the ring size will be 16.
If the diameter falls between two sizes, for example 18.8 mm, it is recommended to choose the next larger size—in this case, 19.

Items can be altered according to your specifications but please note that additional fees and additional delivery time may apply. We cannot, however, offer resizing on a few fine jewellery designs. If you cannot find a ring of your size and/or a ring you like cannot be resized, sometimes it’s possible to make a new ring if requested. Therefore, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss your requirements and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Muted melancholic tantalum patina reveals the captivating exclusivity of the tourmaline crystal exactly as if found in rock at the minesite in Brazil. The very fragility of the material demands extreme precision and detailed construct techniques, making this ring an authentic one-of-a-kind piece.

Tantalum is an exceptionally rare and durable metal used in advanced technologies such as aerospace, nuclear engineering, and surgical implants. Through meticulous artisanal patination techniques, its hidden aesthetic potential is transformed into wearable artworks that explore the expressive language of materials. Tantalum is particularly heavy, therefore the ring has a decent feel when worn.

Rough tourmaline crystals are partially cut before they are tension set in niobium to precisely fit the width of a ring. Only particular size and shape crystals are each selected by the artist individually.

Each piece is unique and entirely handcrafted by the artist. Patinated using self-developed undisclosed technology. Artisanal metalwork techniques are combined with experimental practices. There is no glue, artificial colouring or chemicals used in the process.

Note: Tourmaline is quite a brittle gemstone, please be aware and avoid dropping the ring forcefully onto hard surfaces.
