The ring is hand-forged out of a drop of pure, 24k unalloyed platinum. Chiseled using only a hammer and an anvil. During the process the metal is tempered for everyday wear.
Breaking down stereotypes surrounding the handling of gold, this ring is sculpted without the use of any modern tools or techniques, such as casting, rolling or soldering. Paying tribute to the origins of goldsmithing, only a torch, hammer and an anvil is used in the process of shaping a drop of gold or platinum into the final piece. The material’s natural tonality further echoes the signature design, where purity in the essence of the meaning behind it.
